Tastemony Terms & Conditions

By creating a Tastemony account, you agree to these Terms &
Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not sign up or use
Tastemony.
1. What Tastemony Is
Tastemony is a food discovery and feedback platform. We help
people find places to eat, share honest experiences, and connect
with restaurants, cafes, and food creators ("Stores"). We are not
a restaurant, delivery service, or payment provider.
2. Your Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in
your region) to create an account. You are responsible for all
activity under your account, keeping your password secure, and
providing accurate information. We may suspend or close your
account if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.
3. Your Reviews, Photos & Data
You own the content you share on Tastemony (reviews, photos,
ratings, survey answers, and other contributions). By posting, you
grant Tastemony a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to use, store, display, reproduce, and adapt your content to
operate, promote, and improve Tastemony. You confirm that your
content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else’s
rights.
4. Fair Taste Pledge
Tastemony is built on honest food experiences. You agree not to
post fake, misleading, or paid reviews without clear disclosure;
harass or abuse other users or Stores; or upload hateful, obscene,
or illegal content. We may edit, hide, or remove content that we
believe breaks this pledge or applicable law.
5. Stores & Third Parties
Tastemony may show menus, offers, surveys, or links managed by
Stores or other third parties. Unless we explicitly say otherwise,
Tastemony is not a party to any transaction between you and a
Store and is not responsible for food quality, service, pricing,
or delivery.
6. Service, Liability & Changes
Tastemony is provided "as is" and "as available" without any
guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum
extent allowed by law, Tastemony and its team are not liable for
indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the
platform. We may update these Terms at any time; your continued
use of Tastemony after updates means you accept the new Terms.
